Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order, we accept orders of any size. All orders will be charged a $4.50 handling fee.
Return Policy:
Please contact us by phone or email for return authorization if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Returns will be accepted if items are in the original, unopened, and undamaged packages. Damaged or loose merchandise, merchandise not in the original container, or merchandise over 10 days old (from invoice date) may be returned with authorization from TheSweetestBatchofCakes.com. (with our return #) A restocking fee of 15% may apply to any returned merchandise to cover freight and handling costs.
Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
Edible products, decorative goods, clearance items and special orders, wedding cake toppers, and bulk orders are not refundable.
Shipping Information:
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 as billed to residential addresses and $150 for commercial addresses within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam). We ship via our choice of common carriers, UPS, FedEx, Postal service or other ground based service. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select.
Please Note: All residential deliveries, orders outside the continental U.S., drop shipments, and all items marked "No Free Freight" ("NFF") do not qualify for free shipping and are billed F.O.B. point of origin.
*All orders that are placed on the weekends, will ship on Mondays, except for holidays, it will ship on the next business day.
Once My Order is Placed When Should I receive my merchandise?
Your order should arrive within 7-14 days business days from the date you place your order ( if you are paying with credit card), but expect to add (3-5) with the 7 to 14 day period if you are mailing in a money order. Please keep in mind it will take the 3-5 days to process your money order.

$10.99 Flat Rate Fee in the domestic U.S.
Do we ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, but we reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs. Our shipping & handling
quotes listed on our site are given for a rough idea on how much it will actually cost for
domestic shipping. Please contact us directly for shipping info to any country beyond
the USA. Shipping outside the USA may delay the arrival of your package by a few
days.
Rush Orders:
Yes. If you need your order faster than our STANDARD or EXPRESS delivery periods;
we can overnight many of our products if you are willing to pay the additional
packaging/shipping charges. Currently, you cannot automatically rush an order in the
shopping cart. We ask that you contact us by email or phone before placing the order
to make sure the costs are within your ideal price. We will do our best to accommodate
your needs.
Canadian Deliveries:
$40.00 flat fee regardless of the size of your order. Most orders will ship through UPS or the United States Postal Service because these service is the most dependable delivery to Canada. Because Canada destinations are considered to be "international" to all carriers, we must fill out customs paper work and take the package to the carrier.
APO Addresses:
$10.99 flat fee regardless of the size of your order. Many orders ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, but the delivery can take up to one month. No shipping confirmations can be issued for APO addresses.
Payment Options: (No COD's):
We accept advanced payments by credit cards only. Sorry, we are no longer able to ship COD.

We make every effort to maintain the prices as listed. However, due to increased volatility of currency, transportation and/or raw material markets all prices and/or conditions on our site are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted by TheSweetestBatchofCakes.com on the condition that billing is executed at prices and prevailing on the date of shipment whether or not you were notified of any price change.
